When tackling a project for a Fraternity/Sorority there are many
issues to address including: alumni boards, active chapter boards,
fundraising activities, lending restrictions, complicated local
and state codes, older buildings with outdated mechanical and electrical
systems, etc. These issues and more always seem to create a very
complex and unique project.
Feasibility studies are a great first step in preparing yourself
for the proposed project at hand. We at Tecton have performed dozens
of these studies. We have designed these studies to include all
the vital information necessary for you and your board to grasp
every important aspect of the project, both from a financial standpoint
and a construction/design standpoint.
