Tecton has experience in both post frame (wood structure) or pre-engineered metal building systems. These types of buildings create extremely cost effective structures that have a variety of uses. Dependent upon what level of build-out is required and their size, we have designed and built projects from $60/SF to as low as $20/SF.

One-story wood frame/wood truss system building shell consisting of 15,797SF. Constructed on a slab and divided into office, plant, and storage areas. Office area includes offices, kitchenette, break room, utility room, restrooms, and closets. Plant Area has a separate finishing room, curing room, and inspection room.
