Clinton Central School Corporation
Renovation of both High School and Elementary Buildings including:

• Major overhaul and replacement of every HVAC building system and plumbing fixture for both buildings
• Total renovation of locker rooms for both the High School Gym #1 and the Elementary School
• Addition of new lunch room (approx. 4,000sf), kitchen expansion & dish room relocation in Elementary
• Minor structural repairs, window replacements and bathroom upgrades for both buildings
• The 2nd story High School classroom window wall was replaced
• Repair/replacement of casework, doors and hardware in both buildings
• Upgrade of miscellaneous finishes throughout both buildings
• All new lighting, new ceilings, new flooring and paint in classrooms and hallways
• Electric panel upgrade

The use of the Tecton Filtering™ system resulted in all of this work being accomplished for $37/sf.
Western High School
Constructed new 2-story lab/classroom wing. Demo'd original 2-story High School wing. Created new commons area. Renovated High School Administration area and 2nd floor halls and labs into standards classrooms. 35,000SF of new construction and 12,000Sf of renovated space.
Western Primary-Intermediate School
Constructed new Administration Connector Building. New Multi-Media Center, kindergarten wing, classrooms and gym. 48,000SF of new construction. Created new off-street parking and pick-up/drop-off lanes.
Western School Lockers
Renovation of pool locker rooms with new tile, paint, plumbing, lights, etc. and upgrade floors, plumbing, paint, lights in High School gym locker rooms.
Central Catholic
Addition of new gym, classrooms and locker rooms. A pre-engineered metal building with masonry construction. New shower room and bathroom created.
