Michael J. Witteveen
Since his graduation from Valparaiso University with a BS in Civil
Engineering, Mike Witteveen has been involved in over $400,000,000
of construction. His areas of expertise include hospitals, medical
clinics, and medical specialty construction; concrete structures;
steel construction and office midrises; historic restoration;
elevated and pedestrian walkways; health clubs; restaurants, etc.
He also has created a new, very successful special projects division
for a large contractor, and re-engineered and reorganized several
companies.
Mike possesses outstanding organizational and leadership capabilities
as well as extensive construction experience. He currently serves
on the Board of Directors of the YMCA, past Vice President for the
Downtown Business Center, High Tech Task Force member and coaches
youth sports.

Larry W. Pitts
Larry Pitts has worked in the construction
industry for over 49 years. After attending the University of Cincinnati's
Architecture School for five semesters and receiving a BA from Liberty
University, he began a "hands on" study of construction. Working
up through the ranks, he has become a schooled and trained carpenter
and has acquired expertise in the construction of new and renovated
structures, cast-in-place concrete, tenant fit-out, mid-rise buildings,
and fraternity and sorority facilities. He was the Project Manager
for the construction of several large buildings at Purdue University.
An expert in quality construction, Larry has extensive experience
in subcontractor coordination, crew supervision, and project
scheduling.

Michael A. Roberts
Mike is a 1991 graduate of Vincennes
University and has over 16 years of extensive experience on commercial
projects. He has held supervisory positions for the construction
of state office buildings, industrial buildings, public buildings,
fraternities and retail buildings. He is experienced in the up-front
coordination such as design and budgeting, as well as scheduling
and subcontractor coordination.
Currently Mike leads a Royal Rangers group and is involved in the
Little League and Junior Football programs in his area.

Michael S. Perry
Mike Perry has joined Tecton Construction
Management, Inc. as a Project Manager. Mike is a 1997 graduate of
the Purdue University Department of Building Construction Management
and has acquired managerial experience in the construction of industrial,
commercial, state office, school, and public buildings, as well
as several fire stations. In 1980 he earned a Bachelor of Science
in Engineering from Purdue University. He is accomplished in the
areas of contractor supervision, project scheduling and cost
estimating.
Mike has served as a member of Breakfast Optimists and is currently
in a leadership role for the Boy Scouts of America.

Charlie Gault
Charlie Gault has worked in the construction
industry for over 22 years. After two years of college, he started
working in the construction industry and worked his way up through
the ranks as a carpenter. He has held supervisory positions for
the construction of custom-built homes, commercial building and
multiple 100-year old historic building restorations. He is experienced
in all areas of field operations including scheduling, coordination
and contractor supervision.
Charlie is active in the Knights of Columbus and coaches sports
in his local recreational leagues.

Andrew Buche
Andrew Buche is the newest member of
the Tecton team. Andrew attended Purdue University's Building Construction
Management program, before taking a "hands-on" approach to building
construction. He has worked his way up the ranks, and has previously
owned and managed a successful residential building company. He
is experienced in all areas of construction including estimating,
scheduling, & supervision.
Andrew has been involved in numerous charitable building projects,
and continually offers his time and carpentry skills to those in
need. He has also served as a High School youth leader at St. Mary's
Cathedral.

J. Lynne Sherry
After graduation from Purdue University
with a BS in Mathematics, she worked for 24 years at WLFI-TV in
their accounting department. She comes to Tecton with experience
in managing accounts receivable and payable. She will provide skilled
assistance in all phases of project management administration for
both project managers and field project managers.

Jennifer Isbell
Jennifer comes to Tecton with an extensive background in administrative responsibilities, including business office management, accounts payable/receivables and is skilled in numerous Microsoft programs including MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Publisher.
Jennifer attended Purdue University. Then off she flew. Prior to landing back in Lafayette, Jennifer spent time as a Flight Attendant, traveling back and forth between the two coasts, providing her with good communication skills, along with excellent customer service experience.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her son - hiking and playing soccer. Jen is also an avid Feast volunteer.

Kristin Smith
Kristin maintains the financial records
for Tecton. She provides financial reports for the company, records
accounts, monitors all receivable/payable and budgets, as well as
manage the payroll and payroll tax records.
Kristin also serves on the board of MOST (Mothers of Supertwins),
an international organization for families with triplets and more.
